Patient information
- 53-year-old male who had a previous bunion surgery developed a painful hallux rigidus on the right foot
- The patient has metatarsus adductus and a hypermobile first ray
Procedure
- A Keller bunionectomy with insertion of a hemi implant and first metatarsocuneiform arthrodesis was performed
- STRAVIX Tissue was applied prior to closure
Results
Patient was in shoes at eight weeks
